General Returns: We typically do not accept returns, as we quality inspect every item before it's shipped out to ensure it meets our standards. However, we understand that situations may arise where a return is necessary.
Item Inspection: Upon receiving your order, we kindly ask that you inspect the item(s) immediately. If you notice any discrepancies, such as receiving the wrong item or discovering damage, please contact us promptly at paroxastudios@gmail.com
Shipping Risk & Liability: For international shipments all shipping risks pass to the customer once the order has been handed over to the carrier.
We are not liable for delivery delays, lost shipments, or parcels marked as delivered but stolen or missing thereafter.
In accordance with UCC § 2-509 (Risk of Loss), the risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon shipment unless otherwise agreed.
If an order is returned to us and requires re-shipment, all additional shipping costs must be paid by the customer prior to re-dispatch.
